This gorgeous dress is light and airy, a Stevie Nicks-style asymmetrical hem, with tiny black beads and fabric flowers on thin straps and on the skirt. Just a hint of draping fabric is gathered at the chest and a “fairy” skirt has lots of tattered tulle, its longest point reaching 45 inches from the chest down to just above the feet.
